Dr. Fred Von Stieff, our head of California industrial care

Dr. Von Stieff has extensive experience in industrial medicine and has worked for major corporations in the past. He understands the importance of clear and concise communication between physician and company, an approach he instils in his entire staff.

When caring for your team, Dr. Von Stieff uses his vast knowledge and modern approach to attain accurate results. However, he never treats your team as just a number, but rather cares for their individual needs. Each person who walks into our office is cared for and treated as our top priority.

Kristi Carpenter, D.O.

Following in the footsteps of her father, Dr. Fred Von Stieff, Dr. Carpenter has acquired a number of years experience in occupational medicine. She has managed Advanced Industrial Care for over 10 years, so she understands the needs of our occupational customers. She strives to provide quality care in an organized and timely manner. This includes providing on-site testing and 24-hour emergency support.

Dr. Carpenter treats patients to ensure that our high-quality standards are met. She also stresses the importance of developing partnerships and good relationships with companies and employees that are treated at our office.




